HGV Driver

Overview

HGV Driver role at Copart's Wolverhampton Operation Centre (WV5 8AW). Work Monday to Friday, no nights or bank holidays, offering a work‑life balance with dedicated time.

Responsibilities

• Load, collect and deliver accident‑damaged vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Operate handheld devices and manage basic IT applications.
• Organise and adjust the working day as needed.
• Maintain compliance with legal and company standards.

Qualifications

• HGV Licence Class 1 or Class 2.
• Current CPC licence.
• Understanding of EC Drivers Hours and Working Time regulations and tachograph use.
• Driving experience in both rural and urban environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in using handheld devices.
• Car transportation or recovery experience preferred.
