Job Description

This is a physical, early‑start role working as part of a crew on set local routes.
We’re looking for someone reliable, safety‑focused, and happy to get stuck in.

Pay & Bonus
£37,755 basic salary

£1,000 Loyalty Bonus paid after successful completion of probation followed by a regular monthly performance bonus.

Full‑time, permanent position
Shifts
04:00 start based on 45 hours a week with 1 in 6 weekend work
The Role
Driving Class 2 refuse vehicles on planned Brighton routes

Working with a crew or single crewed completing refuse and recycling collections

Physical work, including getting in and out of the vehicle regularly

Driving safely in tight streets and busy areas

Keeping the vehicle and equipment in good condition
What You’ll Need
Category C (Class 2) licence
