HGV Class 2 Driver

Platinum People are recruiting for 4 x HGV Class 2 Driver at our client in Birmingham

Role of HGV Class 2 Driver

• Manual delivery of kegs to store rooms/cellars of pubs, bars, restaurants, casinos etc
• All vehicles are pre‑loaded and routes pre‑planned, 2‑man delivery teams with a driver’s mate for assistance
• Monday‑Friday shift pattern 06:00 start
• Average 12-14 drops daily with average shift length between 8-10 hours
• Full induction including manual handling training given

Pay HGV Class 2 Driver

• £16.00 per hour Monday‑Friday. Holiday pay is additional to this
• £17.93 per hour including holiday pay

Requirements HGV Class 2 Driver

• Cat C licence, digi card and CPC card
• Held class 2 licence for 12 months
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team
