HGV Class 2 Day Driver

HGV Class 2 Driver (Temp-to-Perm) Our Rochdale based client is currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an urgent requirement, with a view to start as soon as possible following interview and induction. Role Overview: Delivery of steel products to commercial customers across the local and surrounding areas. Monday to Friday work. 06:00am start times. Responsible for timely, safe, and professional deliveries. Manual handling may be involved as part of the role. Compliance with EU Drivers Hours Rules and Working Time Directive. Ensuring vehicle checks and paperwork are completed correctly. Requirements: Category C (Class 2) Licence with a clean driving record. Valid Driver CPC. Digital Tachograph Card. Previous Class 2 driving experience is essential. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused. Experience within steel deliveries or a similar environment is desirable.
