Salary: £17 – £22 per hour (PAYE)

Kenect is hiring HGV Class 1 drivers for our prestigious client based in the Alfreton area. This role offers a range of ongoing work and ad‑hoc shifts nationwide, with accrued holidays on top.

Responsibilities

• Drive curtain‑sider vehicles and/or box trailers for trunking deliveries nationwide to RDCs.
• Temp‑to‑perm positions available for the right candidate.
• Day and night shifts available.
• Runs available between Monday and Sunday.
• Start times between 0500 – 0900 or 1600 – 2300.
• Paid weekly at £17 – £22 per hour.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with Category CE.
• No more than 6 points on licence; no DG/DR endorsements due to insurance purposes.
• A valid CPC and tachograph card.
• Hi‑vis clothing and safety boots.
