**Job Title: HEO Technician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on operating heavy equipment on civil construction and sitework projects across the Charlotte area. You will primarily perform fine grading of building pads and support a variety of sitework activities, including asphalt, mass grading, concrete, and site utilities. The position requires a hands-on operator who is willing to step out of the equipment to perform labor tasks when needed and contribute to road and curb crews to help keep projects on schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy equipment, including bull dozers and excavators, to fine grade building pads and prepare sites for construction.
+ Support mass grading, asphalt, concrete, and site utilities work as directed by site supervision.
+ Assist road and curb crews as needed, including basic shovel work and other manual labor tasks.
