Hematology/Oncology Physician

• Site Name and Location: covering Ft. Sanders Regional and Park west location -
• Reason for coverage: shortage
• Dates of Coverage: 8-4pm Monday through Sunday, 7 days on, 7 days off-Ideally 2 physicians per location alternating weeks
• Daily Responsibilities: Consults mix IP/OP
• Shifts/Schedule Expectations: 8a-4p Mon Sun 7on 7off ideally
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: n/a
• PPD/Census: 17 - FSR and PW alternate consult months. When it is consulting month, the average patient census is 17.5. When it is a non-consult month, the average patient census is 7. There is an APP inpatient with the physician M-F.
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: APP IP with the HP Mon-Fri
• Procedures Required/Preferred: none
• EMR: Cerner
