• Call Schedule: After-hrs & weekend calls
- Only urgent calls are escalated
- No heavy IP call burden
• Patient Volume:
- New consultations (30-45 mins); Follow-up visits (15-20 mins)
• Support Staff: Multidisciplinary support incl APPs, RN Navigators, Social Workers, Dieticians, Oncology Pharmacist & Research & Genetics services
• Duties:
