Qualifications

• At least high school graduate (college level is an advantage)
• With experience as helper, utility, warehouse staff, or maintenance is preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting, cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance tasks
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness and order in a professional, luxury work environment
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Can follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision
• Willing to assist in delivery, installation, packing, and inventory handling
• Flexible, hardworking, and able to perform multiple tasks as needed
• Respectful, punctual, and maintains proper work ethics
• Willing to render overtime when required
