Helper Multi-Craft (Coffeeville, Kansas)

JOB SUMMARY

The multi craft helper assists and supports journeyman such as pipefitter, boilermaker, ironworker, welders, etc. with performing maintenance and installation related to various types of towers, heat exchangers, heaters, and plate piping.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate in daily safety meetings, JSA’s and audits


• Cooperate with superintendents, foreman, supervisors in the shop, and coworkers


• Maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition and cooperates with other departments in housekeeping endeavors


• Relay appropriate information to foreman


• Carries tools and equipment to job site


• Measure, reads blueprints, must be able to use square, measuring tape, and ruler


• Cuts materials to required dimensions


• Cleans up work area when job is completed and returns materials and equipment to appro...
