職位概述 (Job Purpose)

本職位負責帶領與監督外包技術支援團隊(Outsourced Helpdesk Vendor)的日常維運。您將作為企業內部與外部服務商之間的關鍵橋樑,確保外包團隊提供符合公司標準的高品質 IT 技術支援。此角色的核心目標是優化服務流程、嚴格監控 SLA/KPI 達成率、管理廠商合約,並持續提升終端使用者(End-User)的滿意度。

核心職責 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 外包廠商與合約管理 (Vendor & Contract Management)

  • 績效監督:每日/每週/每月審查外包團隊的關鍵績效指標(KPI)與服務層級協議(SLA)。
  • 合約合規:確保外包商完全履行合約條款與工作說明書(SOW)之規範。
  • 定期檢討:主持與外包商的週會及月度服務審查會議,針對未達標項目要求廠商提出改善計畫。
