ICT HELPDESK SUPPORT OFFICER - LEVEL 1
Paxus is currently partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation to recruit an ICT Helpdesk Support Officer Level 1 for a long term contract opportunity based in Brisbane CBD.
This role sits within a busy ICT Service Centre environment and will see you providing first level application support to a large user base, resolving incidents, managing service requests and delivering exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Level 1 application support and incident resolution
- Log, triage and manage support requests through to resolution or escalation
- Troubleshoot application, software and basic ICT issues
- Maintain accurate records and update support documentation
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding issue status and outcomes
