212 Recruitment are supporting our client in recruiting an organised and proactive Helpdesk Coordinator/Service desk Administrator to join their busy team in Lichfield.

You’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting engineers and contractors and ensuring customers receive a professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:
