Description
Attend to customers' enquiries from Asia Pacific countries.
Process quotation for customers.
Perform data analysis from information collected.
Communicate with customers through tele-communication and emails.
Allocate resources according to the level of significant.
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Knowledge in Ms Outlook, Excel , Words.
Able to communicate with all levels of customers in a professional and articulate manner.
Required language(s): English.
Willing to work on shift schedule 2pm to 11pm daily.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
