The Help Desk/Support Specialist will support a systems engineering task.The ideal candidate will have experience withthe help desk system, meeting schedule expectations, managing system support
and providing regular communications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrated experience
with the following:

Demonstrated experience assisting
customers using hotline, email and help desk tickets.
  • Demonstrated experience
    resolving problems with software and hardware.

  • Demonstrated experience monitoring
    systems and observing functions to detect errors.

  • Experience performing
    corrective actions

  • Demonstrated experience
    installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral
    equipment.

  • Demonstrated experience
    overseeing the daily performance of computer systems.

  • Demonstrated experience
    maintaining help desk record...
