About The Role

As an IDS Officer (Information & Digital Services), you'll provide Level 1 IT support across election hubs, early voting centres, mobile voting locations and election day venues.

You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring systems remain operational during key election periods. This will include helpdesk support and on-site field work, supporting:

• Laptops, printers and networks
• User accounts and Windows environments
• The Electronic Roll Mark Off (ERMO)...
