Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support across a large, distributed environment. In this role, you will assist end users with a wide range of IT issues, from basic troubleshooting to more complex system support, while delivering a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do

+ Provide remote technical support to end users across multiple locations

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (e.g., password resets, internet access, email issues)

+ Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft Office 365

+ Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system

+ Assist with remote desktop support tools for issue resolution

+ Participate in hardware-related projects when not handling support requests

+ Meet help desk performance metrics such as call time, resolution time, and availability
