Description We are looking for an entry-level Help Desk Analyst to join an education-focused organization in Kalamazoo, Michigan on a Contract basis. The role centers on preparing, replacing, and updating workstation equipment while helping maintain a smooth experience for staff and students.

• Provide first-line technical assistance for desktop, software, and hardware issues encountered by end users.
