Quantum Insights is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees and external clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve technical support requests from employees and clients via phone, email, or in person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals Install and configure software applications and updates Maintain and update user accounts and security permissions Monitor and maintain network and system performance Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement process improvements Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system Provide training and guidance to employees on...Ready to Apply?
