HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT REPAIR INSPECTOR

The primary purpose of this position is to perform inspections of completed repair work accomplished on vehicles by mechanics to determine that the physical and operating characteristics are within acceptable standards, specifications, or other requirements; certifies that vehicles are ready to be returned to use. Responsibilities -Accomplishes quality assurance inspections -Debriefs customers/vehicle operators and performs incoming inspections on special purpose, heavy, general purpose type vehicles and vehicular equipment. -Performs heavy mobile equipment and automotive mechanic work -Utilizes established practices, procedures, and regulations regarding safety, security, and environmental issues; maintains safe and clean work environment; participates in assigned shop upkeep efforts; completes all required reports, forms, work orders, inspection and certi...
