About the Role:
Manpower is currently hiring Heavy General Labor associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Richland, MS. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment supporting daily operations, quality, and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support daily production operations
• Count, stack, and move finished products
• Inspect materials for quality standards
• Follow work orders and production instructions
• Use basic tools and assist with clean-up
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Assist team members and machine operators

Requirements:
• Ability to perform heavy physical work
• Must be able to work any shift
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability

Screening Requirements:
• 7-year criminal background check
• 4-panel drug screen
