Location & Hours

This role is based in Sparwood, B.C., with operations running 24/7 on various schedules depending on the project (e.g., 7x7, 5x2). Shifts are rotational, lasting 10–12 hours, with overtime paid after 8 hours. Flexibility to work overtime according to company policies is expected.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure compliance with organizational, provincial, and federal health and safety standards, maintaining the highest safety standards
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and haul trucks effectively and safely within a team
• Load and unload equipment from transport vehicles
