Job Summary

T.L Hanks Excavating in now hiring for:

Heavy Equipment operators - experience with excavator, hammer, compactor, loader, water truck, and grade tractor for site prep.

Responsibilities and Duties

+ Responsibilities

+ Site pad, arena, and barn site prep grading and excavation for custom homes

+ Ability to read and interpret site plans

+ Ability to be able to direct crews

+ Ability to do hillside work

+ Ability to do final/finish grades within 1/10


+ Day-to-day activities of the position.

+ Current hours are 7am - 3pm M-S

+ Work is mostly in the Rio Verde/ Scottsdale area


+ Function of this position

+ Ability to work with and direct others on the job
