**Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator – Site Work / Civil Construction**

**Job Description**

This role operates heavy equipment on large civil construction and site development projects across the southern Massachusetts and South Shore area. The position focuses on utility and site work, with a preference for candidates experienced in water and sewer projects. You will review plans, lead a crew of operators and laborers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, forklifts, and grinding equipment on civil construction and site development projects.
+ Review construction plans and blueprints to understand project scope, site conditions, and required specifications.
