Heavy Duty Mechanic Foreperson

Position Summary

Kiewit is currently seeking experienced Heavy‑Duty Mechanic Forepersons for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.

Position Requirements

• This is a working foreperson position
• Possession of a valid Journeyperson (JM) Off‑Road Heavy‑Duty Mechanic Ticket
• Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining and repairing diverse types of equipment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial construction

Compensation And Shift Details

• Base wage: $59.80 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
• ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Nightshift: $3.00 per hour premium if working nightsVacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
• Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
