Job Description

                This position is for a medium size heavy civil construction company. They do roadway, parks, water wastewater and bridge projects. 

I need 2 Superintendents:
I need a Superintendent with 10+ experience in parks or stadiums.
I need a Superintendent with 7+ years experience in roadway and underground wet utilities experience 

Review project plans, specifications, estimates, and documents before work begins

Perform take-offs, identify conflicts, and provide input on schedule, labor, and equipment needs

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; track lead times and approvals

Manage change orders, documentation, permits, utilities, and site logistics

Oversee safety, traffic control, drainage, and quality control throughout the project
