Heavy Civil Superintendent

Civil Foreman / Superintendent Overview We are seeking a hands-on Civil Foreman/Superintendent to support ongoing Traffic & Highway division projects. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who can direct crews and equipment in day-to-day operations, particularly in heavy civil and DOT-related environments. What You’ll Do
• Supervise daily field operations on civil and DOT-related projects
• Oversee crews performing drilled foundation installation and other civil scopes
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maintain workflow and productivity
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with plans and specifications
• Provide on-site leadership, direction, and communication with project teams
• Identify field challenges and work collaboratively to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed daily logs, reporting, and crew documentation
