JOB SUMMARY

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out Responsive repairs to tenanted properties
• Carry our works in voids properties
• Carry our gas and oil servicing as required
• Itemize the work to be carried out in customers dwellings and premises
• Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
• Uphold Data Protection Policies
• Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
