**Job Title: Heat Treat Operator** **Job Description**
The heat treat process begins after the screws are manufactured in the manufacturing building. The screws are then moved to the heat treat building to be processed. As a Heat Treat Operator, you will be operating a heat treat furnace and using a forklift to load screws into the furnace. This role requires standing on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate the heat treat furnace.
+ Use a forklift to load screws into the furnace.
+ Ensure proper processing of screws through heat treatment.
+ Stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours each day.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mechanical inclination is a must.
+ Experience in machine operation is highly recommended.
+ Basic knowledge of heat treating processes.
