As Healthcare Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of SN categories in LATAM (Central America Zone mainly) by:
Driving healthcare engagement and sales performance through high-performing distributor and HCP (Health Care Professional) field force teams.
Leading the execution of healthcare strategies, in line with corporate guidelines.
Building strong partnerships with medical institutions, HCPs, and distributors.
Managing day-to-day healthcare nutrition and sales operations with full business accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional healthcare plans based on market analysis, competitive trends, and business objectives.
