It is an exciting time to join the Security department within the Trust. We are recruiting to an existing Band 6 Healthcare Security Shift Manager role within our established operational management team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced security professional with a strong background in healthcare security operations. This is a pivotal frontline leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of a high-quality, responsive and professional security service across multiple Trust sites, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The successful candidate will have experience managing teams in high-pressure environments and will be confident leading responses to complex and often challenging incidents, including violence and aggression, mental health situations, and emergency events.
