Qualifications
• Experience recruiting health information management and allied health professionals.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, consultative recruiting, or full-cycle
recruiting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is
required.
• Action oriented and results driven – desire to exceed Key Performance Indicators.
• Recruiting experience with DoD and/or military experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe.
• Associate's degree with 2–5 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with
4–7 years of relevant work experience in a sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or
customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree is desired.
