Healthcare Owner’s Representative / Program Manager

Our client in Anchorage, Alaska is currently hiring for a Healthcare Owner’s Representative / Program Manager. This position is an onsite opportunity based in Anchorage, AK with periodic site visits to active healthcare construction projects. This role supports a large, complex healthcare capital program exceeding $300M in total project value, including a skilled nursing facility and an emergency department expansion. A contract to hire engagement is being considered to support immediate program needs.
Pay – $90/hour
Location – Anchorage, AK (Onsite)
Schedule – Standard Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Act as the Owner’s Representative overseeing a portfolio of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
