Healthcare Engagement Manager

Job Brief: VentureDive is seeking a Healthcare Engagement Manager to serve as the on-the-ground client-facing lead for a high-visibility data analytics engagement with a private equity–backed dermatology network (150+ locations, East Coast).

The role bridges an offshore delivery team in Pakistan with a demanding PE client, translating clinical and business context into analytical direction and ensuring every deliverable meets client expectations before it ships.

This is not a delivery manager role.

The person in this seat must bring domain expertise in US healthcare operations—ideally provider-side—and the consulting polish to present findings, manage stakeholder relationships, and make judgment calls on analytical framing without needing to write code themselves.
