Hi everyone We’re currently looking for two Healthcare Call Center Assistants based in Colombia to support a healthcare team remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and experience handling calls in a professional environment.

What you’ll help with:

• Answering and making calls to patients
• Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Providing basic information and support to patients
• Updating patient information in the system
• Keeping call notes and records organized
• Supporting the team with daily call center tasks
• Handling patient information with professionalism and confidentiality

What we’re looking for:

• Based in Colombia
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous experience in call center, customer service, healthcare support, medical reception, or similar roles
