Healthcare Assistant - West Midlands

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our multidisciplinary community team in the West Midlands. In this role, you will provide holistic, person-centred end-of-life care and support to patients in their own homes, delivering compassionate and high-quality care when it matters most.

Main duties of the job

Your duties will include monitoring and maintaining patients' skin integrity and personal hygiene, supporting their nutritional needs, ensuring they get adequate rest and sleep, and assisting with mobility. You will also help keep the care environment clean and organised and provide essential support in symptom management.
