Healthcare Assistant (Permanent Contract)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Partner Lotus Care for Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and routines Support service users in developing independence, life skills, and social engagement Deliver structured activities, group sessions, and individual support plans Work closely within a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate records, reports, and care documentation Drive and support service users to attend community activities and appointments.
