General Description

Provide basic nursing care in accordance with established standards, work collaboratively with team members, and report any incidents or issues to relevant authorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Description – Organization and Management

Provide nursing care that aligns with the vision, mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing services and the hospital. Notify the nursing leaders of any situations that impact the quality of care. Obtain ward report and assignment at the beginning of each shift.

Daily routine:

• Conduct regular nursing rounds to assess patients’ needs and communicate with them and their families.
• Prepare and tidy beds before arrival of patients and linens as needed.
• Organize patients’ belongings and furniture during rounds.
• Keep patients comfortable and cheerful by giving blankets if cold, positioning them.
