Job Summary

This role supports the provision of palliative care to children, young people and families living with a life‑limited condition. Palliative care includes the provision of respite breaks enabling children opportunities to have fun, make memories ‘adding life to shortened years’. You will provide high quality holistic, family centred and compassionate care whilst meeting the complex clinical needs of the children in our care.
