Job Description

PPT is seeking a health services professional who is passionate about access to comprehensive and culturally competent health care for youth. With lived experience rooted in Blackhealthequity, theHealth Services Manager oversees the work of allied health providers (Therapists, Case Coordinators, Case Managers, Registered Dietitians, Physiotherapists) and is the Management lead supporting PPT’s Black Health Team. 
Detail JOB TITLE:  Health Services Manager  
LOCATION:  Hybrid – Virtual, Downtown Site (36B Prince Arthur Ave) & North York Site (940 Sheppard Ave West), 
FTE STATUS:  Full Time (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours/week) 
DURATION OF POSITION:  Permanent 
REPORTING TO:  Director of Community Health Services 
STARTING SALARY  $76,00.00 – $80,000.00 + Benefits
