Health & Safety Manager

Our client, a well‑established Civil Engineering organisation based in the North West is strengthening its operational team with a Health & Safety Manager who can drive a proactive, people‑first safety culture across all of its operations.

You will need to be both confident on site and able to influence senior leaders, while keeping H&S strategy across asphalt, surfacing and civils projects.

In this role you will be delivering Site audits, inspections and behavioural safety initiatives, RAMS, undertake incident investigations and enforce corrective actions, deliver training, toolbox talks and workforce engagement whilst ensuring continuous improvement across ISO and CDM.

You will require a strong track record in Civil Engineering H&S, be qualified to NEBOSH and be able to display a confidence to challenge, coach and influence at all levels.
