Interim Health & Safety Compliance Project Manager

4‑Month Assignment | £300–£400 per day | Truro / Hybrid | Immediate Start

A large, multi‑site organisation in Cornwall is urgently seeking an Interim Health & Safety Compliance Project Manager to lead sites across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

This is a high‑impact role requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to rapidly assess, stabilise and improve statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance baseline review – audit existing H&S records, validate statutory inspections, identify gaps and establish an auditable baseline

Risk assessment & assurance – review compliance across sites, highlight high‑risk issues, maintain risk registers, escalate concerns
