Eram Talent is currently seeking a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The HSE specialist ensures the safety and compliance of construction and projects by delivering and implementing risk-based safety programs, providing expert HSE guidance, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the project's lifecycle. They ensure construction and project safety programs are effectively designed and executed. The role ensures a robust health and safety management system throughout the lifecycle of assigned construction and projects. They provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineers, and clients on HSE matters at every stage, including project handover.  The role ensures the development and execution of risk-based safety programs, performing comprehensive safety assessments, and overseeing compliance to maintain safe, healthy, and regulation-compliant environments
