**About this role**

**Role Purpose**

The HSE Associate will ensure compliance with Serbian occupational health regulations, with a primary focus on workplace injuries, illnesses, workplace needs, and ergonomics. This role will also support the global operations team by conducting quality assurance of incidents and workplace needs cases, as well as creating global metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the onsite specialist for occupational health.
+ Lead investigations and reporting of workplace injuries and illnesses in Belgrade.
+ Maintain compliance with local occupational health requirements.
+ Maintain required HSE documentation, training logs, policies, and occupational health records.
+ Oversee workplace needs assessments and ergonomic evaluations in Belgrade.
+ Identify and recommend improvements to layout, workflows, and environmental conditions (lighting, noise, temperature) that impact employee well-being.
