**Job Overview:**

The UK / Ireland HSE Manager is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs across all BlackRock offices in the UK and Ireland.

This role combines hands-on operational execution with regional leadership, ensuring HSE programs are consistently implemented, risks are proactively managed, and controls and documentation are in place to support both compliance and effective risk reduction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as the primary HSE contact for all offices across the UK and Ireland, with accountability for program delivery and site performance.
+ Partner with Facilities, Engineering, HR, Security, Resilience and business stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of HSE programs across locations.
