Health Representative - IM (GP)

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in‑person engagement strategies per customer to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
• Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, adapting based on self‑identified opportunities and insights.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers across face‑to‑face and virtual environments, maintaining a methodical approach toward call objectives such as clear next steps, appropriate documentation, and KPI management.
• Utilize current digital tools effectively (e.g., Veeva, Zoom, WAB) and adapt quickly to new digital tools for successful customer engagement.
• Leverage analytics to develop insights and next‑best‑action plans.
• Deliver relevant, targeted messaging using approved materials to drive product demand, asking HCPs to change prescribing behavior and close sales.
