Part-Time Post – 12 Hours

We are offering a part-time position working 12 hours per week on a rotational weekend shift pattern as outlined below:

Week 1

• Saturday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

Week 2

• Saturday: 1:30pm – 6:30pm
• Sunday: 1:30pm – 9:00pm

These shifts attract enhanced pay rates in line with organisational policy.

Job share arrangements will be considered.

We require a Clerical Officer to provide admin/clerical support within the Health Records Department at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

The job holder will work within the Bed Bureau team, covering A&E at Victoria Hospital and occasionally at MIU, Queen Margaret Hospital.

In A&E and MIU, the job holder will provide front‑line service to patients arriving at each department and will record patient attendance and admissions via Trakcare. The role ...
