Job Description

The Health Plan Sales, VP is responsible for new sales in the blue‑new and large health plan market segment, a key growth channel for Prime’s PBM business unit and the broader Prime enterprise. The VP will develop new business sales, execute strategies and tactics in territory planning, pre‑RFP prospecting and relationship development, proposal development, pricing development, and presentation delivery. The focus is on building relationships and strategies, collaborating with decision makers, and meeting sales targets, finalist meetings, number of groups won, and other key objectives.
