Under the direct supervision of the Health Information Management (HIM) Manager, and Team Lead, the Health Information Specialist II performs specialized health information duties necessary to organize, maintain and use the electronic health record consistent with the health record policies and standards. Performs assigned duties at an advance level of a Health Information Specialist I. Follows strict confidential guidelines.
