Position Summary
The position is full time, 40 hours/week, in Roanoke or Norfolk, Virginia and candidate must travel to surrounding areas. Travel for onsite coaching events required. It requires proficiency in delivering onsite face-to-face coaching, group coaching and telephonic coaching, which will be evaluated during the interview process.

Work schedule:

• Telephonic hours: M-F 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST with two evening rotations 12:30-9:00 EST
